Dedicated Operations

Dedicated Operations are a major core priority at Trans 99. Each dedicated operations contract has been delegated to an experienced Manager that is responsible for all aspects of success of, and that Manager routinely oversees the specific operational necessities to ensure we are achieving all goals with the associated dedicated program. This is achieved through mechanisms such as dashboard KPI monitoring, among other assurance mechanisms established and catered to the specific dedicated program.

Dedicated programs for example include, Automotive truckload lanes which are based on long-term contracts between a specific supplier and assembly plant; steady ‘flow’ type programs where a set-quantity of our equipment is reserved and expected to provide truckload utility on customer designed weekly or monthly routes, or shuttles; and many other type of dedicated programs. Dedicated programs can also vary in scope, in terms of round trip lanes; one-way lanes; ‘milk-run’ multi-stop collection lanes; peddle routes, and more. As well, we understand dedicated programs can vary in scale, some programs may only require very few dedicated trucks and trailers on a regular basis, while others may require large quantities of trucks and trailers pools on a regular basis. Trans 99 proudly operates and considers all dedicated programs, regardless of scale and scope, and of which we have the capacity, service, and focus to successfully launch and seamlessly operate dedicated services.
